Pick up sandwiches or snacks from a local deli and enjoy them at this peaceful park just a short walk from downtown, with views of the marina and plenty of space to run around.
Walk the Trails at Bloedel Reserve
For older kids, take a nature walk through gardens, forests, and meadows at this beautifully maintained estate. It’s quiet, scenic, and perfect for a slower pace.
Beach Time at Fay Bainbridge Park
If the weather’s nice, head to the beach for driftwood forts, tidepooling, and views across the Sound. Bring a towel and let the kids wade in the water.
